Competition may be cancelled in extremely hot or wet weather, which will be at the discretion of the Committee on the day. As a guide if the temperature at 9:00 am is expected to be over 35 degrees, the meeting may be cancelled.   Also, where the conditions are very wet or lightning occurs, the meeting may be cancelled.  If in doubt, you may contact the President or Vice-President.  The Committee reserves the right to make a decision to modify or abandon a meeting if there is a safety concern.
